There are no mysteries in choosing a wine for the big event nor do you have to be and expert or even like wine yourself. So don't be intimidated when you go to make your own wine or buy wine. The first question you should ask yourself is the wine for favours or for the table? [that was easy]. Table wine is easy to choose; if you are a wine drinker you already have your favorite, if not ask yourself do you want red, white or both. Table wine is best if it is light and this will appeal to the majority. You will be surprised how many of your guests will ask you where you made the wine because they don't drink wine but they loved it. If it's party favours you are looking for, you should take into consideration the bottle's style, colour and the labels. Also the colour of the wine: red, white or blush.

Making your own wine can save you hundreds of dollars and give it that personal touch. Bottling your wine only takes 30 min. per batch and is fun, so bring some friends and have some fun.

It's also recommended that for table wine you have a bottle for every two people, and it's O.K. to have a couple extra bottles to enjoy on your first or second anniversary.

It is recommended you make your wine five months before your wedding, give the wine maker two months to make it instead of the 4-6 weeks that is normal in the process and you will have a much better product. Then store it in a cool dark place for three months. A basement floor is perfect. The price of our wine starts at $ 90.00 per batch + $ 29.40 for the cost of bottles and FREE Custom Labels. If you divide that by 30 bottles (750 ml-which each batch makes), if you do the Math you will see that our wine is very reasonably priced.

Most Banquet facility will charge at least $ 12.00 + per bottle. Our house wines, both Red and White, are excellent, and have proven themselves to be favorites with the most discriminating of clientele.
